We’ve had Josh as our travelling sound tech and all round music tech guru for years. He’s advised us and helped us upgrade our tech, implement it and tour with it. He’s always made us sound absolutely mega on stage no matter where we’ve performed but the highlight of his services over the last 5 years would how he managed and run the FoH sound for us on our recent UK tour supporting Tarja. Josh stepped up and made sure all our tech was squared away, soundcheck was done in plenty of time and made the sound out front amazing in venues like Electric Ballroom Camden, KKs Steel Mill Wolverhampton and La Cigale in Paris. We couldn’t ask for a better, more knowledgeable, more dedicated sound tech.

Josh runs a tight ship, both at his studio in Alresford (which we HIGHLY recommend!) and on the stage, having toured with me when Beneath the Embers supported Tarja Turunen earlier this year, where he delivered an incredibly high standard of sound at venues like London’s Electric Ballroom and La Cigale in Paris. Not only is he a professional, he’s also a dear friend and believes in what we here are trying to achieve.

I initially chose Josh to record some songs of mine after meeting him and liking his energy. He had a positive friendly vibe which is important when recording a project.
